There is a saying that the “only constant thing in life is change.”
And last Friday evening, there was yet another clear reminder of that fact when I caught a glimpse of the covered up windows and doors of Nike Forum.
As I don’t go to Greenhills as much as I used to, I was so surprised and saddened that the 9 year-old Nike Forum branch had finally closed its doors for the last time last January 31, 2017.
That familiar sight will most certainly be missed as the store and I had history. I even have one of their prestigious–at least in my eyes–Nike Fourm discount cards to prove it. (A privilege card given out to loyal customers who had met a certain sales bracket within a given calendar year).
The world is changing too fast man. Remember to always give pause and put a premium on the present.

I am surprised there was even an official Nike store in Greenhills, given how much replica stuff there is downstairs..
