Decided to regularly post my workout videos. It’s a long road back but I hope this will inspire some of you out there to get back on the horse (so to speak).
Here is a breakdown of the exercises for today:

– Push-Up and Pike on a Stability Ball
– TRX Single Arm Row (Left Arm)
– TRX Single Arm Row (Right Arm)
– Three-Side Ab Wheel Rollout
– TRX Standing Rollout
