Lots of firsts with watching Alien: Covenant this evening:  First advance screening for 2017 and my first time to catch a movie in Trinoma.

If you’ve never watched a movie in Trinoma, now would probably be the time to do so as their cinemas[i] have several rows of La-Z-Boy recliner chairs!

Word of advice though, don’t recline your chair during quite moments in the movie.  They can make the most embarrassing sounds.

Review: Alien: Covenant (2017)

As a fan of the Alien franchise[ii], there was no doubt that I would catch Ridley Scott’s Alien: Covenant as soon it came out in theatres–if not before.  And on that note, thanks again to my brother and everyone at 20th Century Fox Philippines for having me.

Not to give anything away, it may be best to first watch the available Alien: Covenant videos online in order to augment your cinematic experience.

You can check them out here:

[i] Or at least the cinema that we were lucky enough to be in for the screening.
[ii] And a diehard fan of James Cameron’s Aliens (1986)!
